My Passion
Hi, I’m Kirsty — a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for health, wellbeing, and helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies. After years of learning through experience, consistency, and plenty of trial and error, I’ve developed a coaching style that focuses entirely on you — your goals, your abilities, your lifestyle, and what genuinely motivates you.

I believe fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and accessible at every stage of life. My approach combines structured, personalised training with accountability, education, and ongoing support. There are no egos, no extremes — just sustainable progress, smart programming, and a coach who’s in your corner every step of the way.
Whether you’re starting fresh, I help people get stronger, fitter, and more confident in their training. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, get back into fitness after an injury (with medical clearance) or train for a Hyrox or similiar event, I will create a balanced plan to help you feel and perform at your best.

I offer both online programs for flexibility, convenience and those not local and in person training for those that need guidance in form, technique or just prefer that face to face support.
